At Tampa Electic’s Manatee Viewing Center, you can learn about manatee’s and their habitat, walk a butterfly garden, see how Big Bend Power Station generates electricity for the community, climb the wildlife observation tower and more.
The Manatee Viewing Center is open from Nov. 1 to April 15, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., daily. The center is located at 6990 Dickman Road, Apollo Beach, FL 33572.
Admission to the center is free. For more information, call 813-228-4289.
